Pluses: Spacious room lots of closet space, lots of hot water, quiet neighborhood, good sized shower. No cleaning or change of towels unless you pay for it, safe key did not work, mattress needed to be changed, very small bathroom.

Traveling with my pet 17 years dog in her stroller. They didn’t let me use their street lift for disabled, Instead I have to use their staircases, 6 at least. So every time I went out and came back I have to up load the stroller with my pet in…. I made my reservation for two reasons: 1) The street lift for my pet stroller 2) My apartment A/C. DID NOT WORK, WAS TOO HOT. IT WAS THE FIRST TIME I STAYED AT ULIV PARQUE LINCON AND IT WAS THE LAST TIME.

It's one of the extended stay type of hotel. I checked late but some Chinese people were in my rooms. There are no cleaning service unless you pay to clean. Most importantly there are no heating system and room was very chilled all the time. But it's at great location and 24hr guarded property.

Very profesional and plenty of staff on site. The apartment was very clean and well equipped for having such a small kitchen. They also have washer and dryers on a pretty rooftop. The location is the best.

ULIV in Polanco is a great find: spacious, spotless, and modern apartments in a perfect location. The staff is friendly and helpful, the building is secure, and everything from Wi‑Fi to hot water works flawlessly. Highly recommended for both short stays and longer visits in Mexico City.

Luz was the best! She made our stay so much easier, and we truly couldn’t have done it without her. Luz works at the watchhouse, and honestly, I think she might be the only employee there that you are able to have any interaction, but she is really amazing at what she does. The only thing I would like to emphasize is that the towels should be replaced. The ones we had were very worn out and no longer white, they were gray from use.
