The building was clean, entry was simple, across from a children's play area, a few restaurants and supermarkets near by but a quiet district in general. No washing machine that we could find, unable to control room temperature on own, no paper towels, no kitchen towels and couldn't access a channel on the TV for World Cup. I would stay again in spite of these issues. Close walking access to subway. 25 minutes from major tourist areas on subway.

The room was very clean and spacious, great location in the neighborhood of the Fira Barcelona, where our conference was taking place. Very quiet area at night, even though our room was on the first floor. Personnel were very accommodating, although the reception was only open from 10 to 6.
