The Residence Catalina is a fantastic property, ideally located in a quiet residential part of Saint Florent. It has ample parking, but is within walking distance of the town centre with lots of bars, cafes and restaurants. The accommodation offered is 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartments with outdoor seating (balconies or terraces). The apartments are modern, clean and very functional. We exchanged our two bedroom apartment / 2 bathrooms with balcony for a 2-bedroom / one bathroom and ground floor terrace as we preferred to have access to a BBQ grill. This was granted and worked exceptionally well. Can't fault the Residence Catalina - EXCELLENT.

Très satisfaits de notre séjour de 3 jours (malheureusement trop court !) à la Résidence Catalina. Le petit lot d'appartements est ravissant. Nous avons eu la chance de choisir l'appartement 10 situé en 1er étage et parfaitement orienté avec un balcon très agréable pour prendre le petit-déjeuner notamment. C'était également l'un des deux appartements 2 chambres du complexe avec deux salles de bain. L'appartement est suffisamment spacieux et bien équipé, assez sobre (manque peut-être juste un peu plus de déco intérieure mais c'est vraiment pour chipoter sinon ça reste cosy). En tout cas le confort et le calme sont là et c'est l'essentiel ! A noter aussi une excellente propreté. Bon petit-déjeuner, avec une majorité de produits frais. En tous les cas copieux et satisfaisant pour le prix. Accueil très sympathique de toute l'équipe, merci à nouveau à Nora, Sarah, et Patricia (si je me souviens bien). L'équipe est de plus très ouverte aux retours et axes d'amélioration, et leur communication par mail pour répondre aux questions est incroyablement investie, un professionnalisme rarement vu ! Possible également d'avoir un peu de flexibilité ce qui est toujours appréciable. Enfin un petit mot sur l'emplacement idéal, à une grosse dizaine de minutes à pied du centre de St-Florent. Un grand Leclerc est également proche en voiture. Bref, le tout à un tarif raisonnable, autant dire que voilà un parfait pied à terre et sans doute l'un des meilleurs choix possibles sur la région ! :)

Vi spenderade fyra nätter på Résidence Catalina, i en lägenhet med två sovrum. Det var ett väldigt bekvämt boende, rent, lugnt, trevlig personal, och med allt vi behövde. En trevlig promenad på ca15 min tog oss till det fina centrumet av St Florent. Återvänder gärna!

Die Anlage liegt ganz im Osten der Stadt. Hinter der Kirche. Und nicht dort, wo es auf der Karte von hotels.com eingezeichnet ist. Sehr ruhig. Sehr angenehm. Aber zu Fuß in die Stadt ist es weit.
