Property clean, good location, easy to to everything. Nice quiet and comfortable area. Only issue was AC didn't work. So during the day it was hot in there. Luckily, it's October. Otherwise stay was good.

I love the self check in. Space was clean. Nice fridge, stove, oven, water filter, microwave, coffeemaker. Parking is on premise or in nearby park ramp. Great area of Music Row.

Cool little place, a little different than a typical hotel but all of the normal processes (check-in, parking, check-out, etc.) were smooth enough. Nice room and the parking seems secure. Noise from other units was a bit of an issue at times but the area itself was relatively peaceful.

This is a beautiful place across the serene Scarlitt Bennett Center. 3 mins walk to Vanderbilt. Everything else is within walking distance. Way better than the mainstream hotels around. I was here for a workshop at VU.

Rooms were dirty. Restroom and bath were dirty too. Towels in the restroom were gross too. Staff communication was terrible. There was some issue with building gate lock system. I reported the issue, but the CS agent first kept denying the issue, and later started lying. It took 2-3 days for me to "convince" them and "verify" the issue. After admitting the issue, all they did was to shut down the lock system, giving up security. I don't understand their motivation for doing so.

After being on the road for several weeks it was great to simply turn up with all the instructions already on hand. Easy access, very clean & tidy room. Absolutely everything was there if you needed to do your own cooking etc and plenty of fridge/freezer space. The area in Music Row is beautiful too, it's a pleasant stroll into downtown.
