    The place is a good area, very accurate as described in the app, there are plenty of restaurants, it’s also located close to Paulista Avenue, which is a great avenue full of tourists attractions. If You don’t know the area very well, I advise you to use uber to go to places, even though the place seems to be very safe.

    The building was clean and employees were friendly. The apartments are independently owned. When I reached out through the app, it took too long to hear back from them. We had difficulty communicating with the owner to get the correct Wi-Fi password. Worse than that, the toilet did not flush well. The apartment building had a plunger, but that’s all they were able to do.

    Okay property. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was great, and the customer service friendly, and everything is quite digitalized, however, we faced a couple of hiccups. First of all, the day of the check in, the check in details would not load on the page and showed * on room and code. The team helped, and finally around 10pm the check-in details FINALLY loaded and the team sent them over. Secondly, the room only had one small blanket, and with the chilly nights, we asked for a second blanket and no response ever came and neither did the blankets, so my family spent cold nights in the room with appropriate covers.

    It was an okay experience. I really loved the view from the 21st floor. Staff was nice. Communicate with them via Whatsapp. Wifi didn’t work, only one toilet roll, cleanliness was about a 8/10. Great stay for 4 days solo trip. In order to enter the building you have to ring the doorbell and staff lets you in. Once you are at the door of the room you will be staying in, you will see that it is code locked. The device speaks in Chinese for some reason so hard to understand instructions. But this is how you open it: you place your hand on the knob, then turn the knob upwards, down. If screen is not immediately displayed, press on screen. And then type in password.

    La peor experiencia posible.

    La habitación olía a fosa séptica desde el primer día. Las cortinas y almohadas estaban manchadas y el baño resultaba diminuto e incómodo. En siete días nunca cambiaron sábanas ni toallas, a menos que yo pagara extra. La limpieza y el mantenimiento brillan por su ausencia. No recomendaría este lugar a nadie. Pésima atención al cliente.

    Eu achei bacana! Pelas avaliações eu tava esperando o pior mas não achei ruim não. Recepção foi muito agradável. Quarto estava limpo, com algumas manchinhas por conta do ar condicionado (que estava funcionando ok) porem não me incomodou. Tinha sabonete e shampoo 2 em 1. Tudo em perfeita em ordem.

    O apartamento tem uma vista bem bonita da cidade, jogo de cama delicioso e confortável. Só senti falta de pano de chão pq caiu café no chão. Aliás só caiu café pq não tinha um coador pra passar a bebida dos brasileiros. O banheiro é bemmm apertado, levemente desconfortável. Estadias longas pode ser um incomodo. Mas de modo geral a hospedagem eh boa!
