A piscina é otima! O prédio tem uma estrutura muito boa, com mercadinho e restaurante no térreo. Apartamento bem espaçoso e confortável. Ar condicionado forte e vista bonita. Localização bem segura. Pontos a melhorar: a TV não conecta com a internet, não havia pano de prato para secar a louça, havia pacotes de comida abertos nos armários, e uma calcinha na area de serviço.

Uma experiência péssima !!

Tivemos uma experiência muito desagradável com o proprietário. Ter feito a reserva ( e já ter efetuado o pagamento) não é o suficiente para que o apartamento seja liberado na portaria. É preciso que o proprietário mande um e-mail para o prédio ( e ele não manda) ou então é preciso ligar para o proprietário ( e ele não atende ) ou mandar uma mensagem. Tudo é inútil. Apenas algumas horas depois de muito estress é que a situação se resolve. Não recomendo de forma alguma a experiência com esse proprietário. Existem cerca de 150 apartamentos nesse condomínio. Esse com certeza é um dos piores !!! Nota zero !!
