The room is perfect and modern. The wifi was a bit of a problem but Jess tried to take care of things. The pool is not heated and the restaurant is expensive. Consider walking a block to get coffee at 1/3 the price as the coffee shop in the hotel.is expensive. C

This property was stunning with highrise views of the bay. Shopping, groceries, dining options all available on premises. Easy to get a cab. The communication with the property to check in from visiting in a foreign country was excellent. Verh responsive and quick to answer questions. Check in was a breeze and thw property was perfecr for my family. We would highly recommend the stay.

They let us wait at the lobby for an hour just to check in. Then they took us up to the room for 2 people only. However, we booked the room for a group of 3. This property said the room I booked have an issue with AC. The owner expressed her apologies , somehow she had a mix up with me and another guest and that is why my room was not available. It was unacceptable and not what I expected. It was totally a terrible experience for us when we were in mood for traveling.

Super appartement luxueux très bien placé avec tout le confort pour un excellent rapport qualité prix. En revanche, la procédure d’arrivée serait peut être à revoir car c’est un particulier qui vient vous chercher en bas de l’immeuble : nous avons dû demander à quelqu’un de contacter la personne car nous n’avions pas de carte SIM.
