I loved everything about this hotel! No complaints at all. Travel with family and stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. From check-in to the day we checked out, we had a very pleasant experience at the hotel. All staffs were helpful and able to communicate in English. Love the butler service. Staffs were friendly and always willing to help - offer dining recommendations or bringing coffee to your room when ran out in the lobby.

A well-located hotel with a basic lobby and reception area, but very clean and attractive rooms. Mine included a washer and dryer—not particularly efficient, but functional. It did not have a restaurant serving full meals—only bread and coffee—but it is located near a shopping center with a wide variety of dining options.

This boutique hotel is in an excellent location, with a friendly and helpful staff, and spacious rooms with view. They also offer complimentary simple but nice breakfast served in a delightful cart just outside the hotel managed by a lovely mother-daughter team.

We stayed at a two bed room design condo, corner suite - the best room available in this hotel which was fantastic. The room is clean and beautiful with everything you need, and all of the staff are very kind and friendly. The location is good - walking distance from Nanjing dong-ru, within 1.5km from Xintiandi, Bund, Yuyuan. If you plan to spend the most of your time in Puxi area, Opartment will be a great choice. We strongly recommend this hotel
