Amazing location and great restaurants around. Easy trip to Berlin. However, we recommend trying to get back to Potsdam before the buses and train stop. We had a cab!!! It worked out. Highly recommend the stay and a visit to the Palaces and parks!

Fantastic property! Great location right next to the train station. They were easy to contact and accomodating for when our arrival was late due to delayed trains. The room had everything we needed and we enjoyed the coffee in the lobby every morning.

Very convenient location next to a train station and within walkable distance from several Potsdam attractions; close to eateries, Aldi and town centre Christmas markets. Clean rooms bathroom; good and clean cutlery, linen, comfortable beds. Things to improve: add international plug points, USB charging ports.

Room was great side og Nice. Was missing a little kitchen aplyment. Under our State the acting wierdly about turning off the aircondition too our room. Some off the days was really hot like 28 degree +. And 1 day we even experince during the day the loocked Them self into our room and turned off the electricity to our room completely so agian our aircondition was turned off.

Simple accommodations near Potsdam Mitte. Right next to the train station but we had a car. Apartment with a bedroom, Murphy bed, and living area worked well for a couple and kid. Not fancy but clean and well-appointed,

Had a very comfortable room with a kitchen and the basics for making some food if you choose. Great shower, comfortable bed. The staff here just excellent as far as service! Very helpful, knowledgeable and kind.

The air conditioning was centrally controlled so at night it was quite still and warm, but you could open a window. There might have been more food options than we found but food options close by were limited.

Loved it!

I was so impressed with how beautifully equipped the kitchen was, complete with dishwasher, refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, electric kettle and every kind of dish, pot and pan, or utensil one could want. The bathroom was extremely large and modern, and the rest of the room was nicely furnished and comfortable for sleeping, dining, or sitting around. A safe is provided and there's plenty of storage, hangers, etc. Free tea and coffee and always available in the lobby. The location is also great. There's the Charlottenhof train station just steps away, it's an easy walk to Sansoucci and the other palaces, and shopping is also close by. Even the main train station is a walkable distance away. In the 3 days we were there, no one came to clean the room, but I prefer it that way. I assume if we had needed fresh towels or sheets for a longer stay that we could have asked for them. It's almost like living in an apartment, though, and I liked that! I'd definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it.

It was a rough stay. The staff was nice and well-intentioned. Check in was delayed, and the communication around our room availability was poor. The room itself was large and had potential. But it was a hot day and the a/c — something we looked for in this place — was not adequate (and was controlled at the front d). Worse, the water was turned off at two different times, both coinciding with our showers. Lastly, the Expedia listing says that parking is available, but in reality it’s limited and needs to be reserved in a process that I was not made aware of. The front desk did comp our breakfast and room tax as a gesture to make up for the experience. As I said, everyone was very nice and tried to help. And the property has potential. It just needs more attention and investment.

Guten Tag, Sauberkeit ist für mich das wichtigste an einer Unterkunft. Besonders gefallen hat mir außerdem die Klimatisierung und sie schalldichten Fenster, an der belebten Straße. Wenn sie nach Verbesserungen fragen, dann könnte ich Ihnen zwei Tipps geben: Es ist besonders am Anfang nicht deutlich, welche Stellung der Knöpfe was an der Klimaanlage bewirken. Und noch ein diskreter Hinweis: Tun Sie was gegen Silberfischchen. Mit der Wohnung sind wir aber sehr zufrieden und würden sicher wiederkommen. Vielen dank.

Potsdam è stata una fantastica scoperta così come questo bellissimo hotel, moderno e dal design molto curato. Camera ampia, spaziosa, molto luminosa, arredata con gusto, dotata di una cucina attrezzata completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici e macchinetta per caffè espresso. Letto molto confortevole. Bagno di buona metratura con doccia grande. Biancheria da camera e da bagno di ottima qualità. Insonorizzazione perfetta. Pulizia davvero impeccabile. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, accoglienza cordiale. Consigliatissimo!!!
