Beutiful Saint Jean de Luz

Decent hotel in the beutiful Saint Jean de Luz. Close to the beach and central town. Nice welcoming from Celine in the reception.

Very convenient for arrival by bus from Biarritz airport. Very friendly and helpful staff at Reception and everything you need is provided for a self-catered stay. The studio apartment we booked for 4 people comprised a sofa bed and bunk beds but we hadn’t anticipated a sofa bed! It was ok, just not super comfy for sleeping on for 5 nights. Air conditioning was a real blessing! Overall great value for money!

Good stay - be aware of the changing door code

We had a fine stay. The location is very good. Staff is kind, but does not speak English very good. A bit annoying that the front door is locked in the middle of the day, and you have to use a code. The code changes every saturday, so if your stay extends over Saturday, remember to ask for a new code, you're not given this automatically, but must ask yourself. So there is a risk for being looked out.

La recepcionista es encantadora. El check in fue lento, y se retrasó como una hora de las hora prevista. Nos tocó un bajo. La terraza estaba llena de hormigas. La ducha es adaptada para personas con movilidad reducida, pero si viajas con un niño eso significa agua por todas partes y el suelo del baño mojado todo el día, lo que no es nada higiénico. Usamos el sofá cama y el colchón pra una noche bien, no para más. Muy buena ubicación. Te dan opción parking pagando un suplemento.

Logement bien situé au coeur de Saint-Jean-de-Luz. Appartement propre, calme et plutôt bien équipé. La décoration est un peu datée et le couchage sur canapé lit plutôt moyen (le lit s'affaisse). Pour le prix la prestation reste néanmoins tout à fait correcte et le personnel de l'hôtel à été accueillant et chaleureux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
