It was a nice cheap stay for a weekend trip. Parking can be a little tricky but other than that I really enjoyed my stay and the beautiful, comfortable design of the room.
it was the perfect room for what I needed, a place near petco park, my own bathroom, easy check in and out, a downtown balcony and an area where I can refill my water bottle. can’t be upset with a downtown area being loud at night but besides that they do provide ear plugs.
I stayed three nights for a conference. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Liked the modern updates. Was able to stash my bag there early. They had good communication and the self check in was easy. Close to a few grocery stores and walking distance to the waterfront where the conference was. Would recommend!
We had a great stay at the Davis. Everything was easy and smooth, they responded immediately to my questions through the texting feature. We appreciated the ability to easily store our luggage in the onsite lockers as we arrived early and left later.
Everything was clean and suitable for our needs, though it would have been nice to have a mini fridge in our room for personal use.
Our room sink did drip a bit, and on our last day, it was making a squealing noise, even when turned off, so you may want to look into that.
It was a great rate in a convenient location to downtown places.

ID verification is so sketchy. Has you use an ID check in, plus facial recognition check in. This is extremely disturbing and couldn’t cancel my stay and get a refund. Would not trust this company or even the third party company ever.

Bathroom door is a barn door that doesn’t work right for privacy. Loud street noise. No parking. The street has sweepers and finding spots is difficult.

The room felt neglected, sheets were dirty. The place is old and it’s by a noisy street. I did not get any sleep. I left to a different hotel the next day.

Yes, air conditioner was fine! It was a little cold though.
Things were good with the room, but there was a steep staircase with no elevator. My husband is 73 and found it difficult.

Listen if you havent spent time in a bottom floor apartment in the city youll hate this place.
Its definitely a good place to stay for the price, it by no means is quite, its a renovated office, home or apartment turned into a botuqie hotel. So youll hear everything at all times.
