Hotels.com failed to mention this isn’t a hotel, but rather a set of flats managed remotely by a digital agent. Check in was slow and complicated over the phone / internet. They didn’t send any info prior to arrival so this was a surprise (after a 10 hour flight) and the last thing I wanted. No food options on site. Building concierge was understanding and kind but couldn’t help. Apartment was fine but no maid service at all during my stay.
