I’d really recommend avoiding this place. We booked an apartment through Hotels.com - and we weren’t provided with the QR code to enter the door. Had to wait 45 mins for the host to finish eating to let us in. Then, the room was dirty and had not been cleaned - which added another hour of waiting before we could get in. The toilet seat was broken too. We were provided with a 30% discount on the room price which I think is pretty poor. The issue is the administration (Wynwood House) which made everything bureaucratic, complicated and slow to resolve. The facilities are nice but it’s not worth the risk with such poor management! Stay somewhere else.

Sheets on bed needs to be updated or clean better stains on the cover spread had to buy a sheet set. Poor communication can’t park any where in the vicinity you will get booted for 500$ no one told us that. They gave us a visitor parking which would have landed us getting booted and also if you don’t park your car properly you also get booted another 500$. Should have communicated that to us during booking. Besides that enjoyed my stay would book again.

4/10 Poor

worst experience I have had with an apartment. I never got the code to have access. Instructions are not clear, nobody answers the phone. I got wrong wifi internet. Expedia tried to help however I had to stay more than an hour outside the appartment waiting for the landlord to send the code to access the place. The apartment has a great view, Because of the location, It is very noisy. The neighborhood is loudy and it has no duovent glasses so they offer ear plugs to sleep. It has only one tv in the living room. Building amenities are nice and brand new.

Me fui a otro hotel, he solicitado el reembolso y no he te ido respuesta.
