Nice room, had everything I needed. Only thing is the quality of the toilet paper: it's was thin like silk paper but other than that the bed was comfortable, water pressure and temperature was fine, kitchenette very functional, premises were quiet, river access is nice and location is fantastic for Franconia Notch State Park activities.

The perfect launch pad for exploring the beautiful mountains of New Hampshire. Loved sleeping to the sound of the river, and there were plenty of places nearby for food and drink even though it was off season.

Was a really nice cabin getaway. Even though it’s not set in the woods the owners had great communication, there was a communal fire pit, outdoor pizza oven, and access to the pemi river. Close to local shops, restaurants, etc. Would definitely return!

We traveled with our three dogs and stayed in unit 16 which was a motel style unit. It was super super cute. Had everything that we needed and was the perfect accommodations for our two nights stay. I would highly recommend this property.

This property was very well maintained. Cabins were very clean , very well stocked with everything you would need to cook. Can’t wait to come back , and be able to enjoy the fire place , shuffleboard etc. It was raining sadly the whole time , and then of course the day we left it was nice sunny and 68!
