The cabin was perfect for our winter break. On one of the wettest and windiest weekends the cabin was cosy and comfortable for humans and dogs. After long dogs walks either at the beach or further afield, it was a great spot to chill out. If you don't want to self-cater, be prepared to travel to find eating places.

The property was so much better than I expected so clean and close to beach everything we needed even had a cubby house and scooters for children

We left our run late to book accommodation for our family Christmas and we got very lucky! Clem and Tines had everything we needed including things we didn't even know we needed. Our host was very approachable. Instructions via email and at property were perfect. Impeccably furnished and decorated, this holiday haven has it all. What a beautifully equipped kitchen - top notch appliances (even had a panini press, coffee machine, double wide oven, huge cooktop, so many lovely things over and above expectations). Outside entertaining area was superb - magnificent bbq with outdoor sink and fridge including another dishwasher. Wonderfully appointed laundry with pegs on clothesline. The gardens were a delight to enjoy and we had the added bonus of watching the resident Willy Wagtails feeding their chicks in preparation for leaving the nest. Beds were super comfy. Thanks for having plenty of games/books/dvd's to enjoy). This property is unique in so many wonderful ways - the shade trees were a standout. Thank you for providing essentials - condiments, laundry powder, shampoo/conditioner/body wash - so welcome. Lots of shopping/places of interest options close by. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place for our family to celebrate our holiday

The photos on line just don’t do the Tree House justice. It’s absolutely beautiful. The home was beautiful presented and cleaned. It had everything right down to toothpicks. We shall definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your hidden treasure with us.

The property was spacious, clean and neat. There was enough room for a big family not to be on top of each other. The owners had a considered array of amenities that assisted in ensuring our stay felt like a home away from home.Binningup is a beautiful location that is nice and quiet but close enough to everything that there is a lot things to do.We loved it! A very well eqipped property in a fantastic location. The real fire in the living room was enough to warm the whole house.
