This is everything you want for a stay in the country, with plenty of things to do all within 20 minutes. Yes, you may not have WiFi, but really, do you need it when you have everything else. Thank you Andrew.

No internet no mobile phones pure heaven.. comfortable and cozy. So much included in the price !!! Owners warm and friendly very accommodating.. great place will definitely be back

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property with my family for new year!The location is stunning, with breathtaking views for unlimited photo opportunities!The communication with Stevens was top-notch—he was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience.The facilities were perfect, and I really appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail in the accessories provided. The Farm in Applethorpe surpassed our expectations. It was clean, quiet and very relaxing. A great way to escape from the fast paced and stressful everyday. Great for small kids as well. We were able to pet and feed some cows through the fence which made our 3yo’s day.

Thank you. The little cottage was neat and tidy; and we had everything we needed. It was central so we could easily walk to places.
