The accommodation was comfortable and located near bus stop. However bus did not run during weekend which necessitated a long walk or taxi ride. Access was difficult with stone and paver pathway and 2 concrete steps to entrance. A flight of narrow steep stairs to basement were hard to manage with luggage. My stay at the property was awesome! The property is located close to NIST, UC, and the shops. It is easy to access by public transport. It is spacious, super clean and has fully equipped cooking facilities. The hosts are super, very easy to communicate with. Will definitely book again, when I am back in Boulder.

The apartment has everything you would need. A comfortable bed and linens, good space in the lounge area and kitchen, safe area with gated entrance and swimming pool for those hot days in Boulder. I was travelling on my own visiting relatives in Boulder and this was ideal for me. Just down the road on Broadway, there are buses taking you to different parts of town, or to the local Ideal Market for your food shopping. It is within walking distance to Pearl Street but in a quiet street away from tourists. The owners were quick to respond to a couple of questions and helpful in every way. The apartment is very comfortable and has air conditioning and a fan in the bedroom - was very helpful in the summer and made it that much more comfortable. The pool is an added bonus for summer as well and there is an outside sitting area which I used. The apartment was ideal for me and I would definitely stay here again.
