This was an absolutely beautiful place to stay - the peace and solitude of the lakefront and all of its birdlife made for a very relaxing escape!

This property was so quiet, peaceful and relaxing. A perfect place to unwind with a cheese and fruit platter and a glass of wine listening to the sounds of the birds and cows in the distance. Our dogs not only admired the view too, they enjoyed exploring and walking around the property with us. The house itself was immaculate, cosy and well equipped.

We have stayed a few times over recent years, and always come back because the apartment is lovely, the location is great and Diana is a wonderful host. Can't beat it!

Brilliant location. Nice interior decoration. Comfy beds, couldn't ask for better. The stove is showing it's age & there's a few quirks with the lights but other than that it was great. Would book again.
