Darlington farm rentals

Second time back for a chill 20th with my friends and partner. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for the weekend! The animals and river are amazing bonuses with the cabin- we've all decided we'll be back again and hopefully in time to see the new baby donkey!

We visited with our children and my parents and had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful, with plenty of room for all of us. There were lots of things to do in the surrounding area, but the house was also stocked up with books and games and a games room for the kids. They loved the ping pong table.

Very personal and helpful hosts. Wonderful B&B with everything needed for stress free holiday. We rented entire 4 bedroom guest house. Lots of nice foods supplied and Christmas choccies and decorations. Comfy beds and warm atmosphere. We were trapped for extra day by road closures due to flooding and Veriest the manager went out of her way to gift us food supplies. Highly recommended B&B.

Teena was very welcoming and provided excellent responses to my messages. The property is charming and very clean with lots of lovely little touches and great attention to detail. We had such a nice time and our dog really enjoyed himself too. Would highly recommend this property. Thank you Teena and family.

My Husband and I, and 3 of our friends booked The Bluff House for our weekend getaway. We wanted peace and quiet, we needed somewhere we could bring our dogs but most of all just to relax, and this house delivered. It was very well equipped, very comfortable, lovely decor all modern appliances and very clean. there is a walk up to a lookout and has a fully fenced yard for children or fur babies. the owner was very accommodating and easy to converse with, always willing to assist with any questions or requests and easily contactable. We will definitely book this again and would highly recommend this property for anyone considering a Farm Stay or just a relaxing getaway. K. Gomez (Gold Coast)

Came here for honeymoon with my wife. Was beyond sufficient, the location and property were beautiful, bed and bathtub were great, owners were lovely and helpful. Great fireplace and just plain beautiful views over the valley. Loved it.

Location was stunning. We loved having access to a private section of Albert creek and being able to go walking on the hills towards the back of the property. Even though it was quite wet and cold the weekend we visited we still had a great time. There were even gumboots available which we made great use of. I later read the guest book and found out some previous guests had left those boots there for others to use which was super nice of them and greatly improved our ability to traverse the area in such wet/muddy conditions (plus being able to cross the creek without getting wet shoes was great). The cottage itself was a nice old Queenslander. Not old in a bad way mind you, it's well maintained and decorated in a way that felt historically acurate for the time. Between the vibe of the place, and the lack of reception/internet, it felt like travelling back in time 30 years to a more simple time. At night we loved the spa bath, even though we couldn't work out how to get the jets to work. My wife actually didn't think she liked baths but after using this large comfortable one she's now a fan of a nice hot bath haha. Overall very nice place for a couples weekend away. We'd certainly come back.
