Very tidy pleasant stay. Hosts welcoming but not intrusive. Handy to waitomo.

Amazing views, the host was incredibly welcoming and happy to have a chat. The farm was beautiful and the walk to the pond was pure magic. Our kids loved the loft beds and the little lambs running around. Small touches everywhere with extra blankets and hot water bottles. Only wish we stayed longer to enjoy it a little more.

Eight of us rocked up and was blown away by the house and the little treats left for us. The kitchen was so well sorted we didn't want for anything and the kitchen sink is on all of our reno lists now. We loved the house thank you!

Great little property close to the beach. Perfect for a quiet get away. Amazing sunsets.

Stayed here based on the location and the novelty. Stayed in Hobbit Hole 1. Arrived late and didnt realise that reception is 9 to 5 but the lady had the key left out for us thankfully. The room was so cool! The large bed was in the kitchen/living area with 2x bunk beds in a back room. The beds were huge and so comfortable! I stayed in one bunkbed and my mother in another and we were both impressed with how comfortable they were for single beds. Location was close to the glow worm caves so we got to do that the next morning before continuing on our road trip. Very happy, would stay here again. I'd be interested to stay in the plane next time!!

Great spot, very local to all we wanted to do. Homemade bread, bacon & eggs were a enjoyable extra. Only problem was no lighting in the garage and the gas bottle for the bbq was empty, meaning a quick change of dinner plans.
