Location and comfort
Hamburg is a great place and Eric Vokkel apartments were superb. There is everything you need to be independent and still have service. The staff were all wonderful and friendly. We arrived on the day after it opened for the first time and all of the staff were paying particular attention to the smallest details to make sure that everything was fully functional - which it was.
We stayed with Eric in Amsterdam and were so impressed that we looked for their apartment when we travelled again. Hopefully there will be more in other cities soon.
VERY easy walk from the station
