Superb comfortable beds
After the initial confusion of checking in (which you do a block away at the International Hotel on Lake Albert Road prior to getting to the Apartments on Flinders), everything was cruisy.
The apartment was a great size and two bedrooms had king sized beds which were insanely comfortable and soft (I had a great sleep).
The two showers had hard hot water flow and there were additional towels available if needed.
The heating kicked in very quickly and the electic fireplace in the lounge kept us toasty while watching a bit of TV.
The kitchen looked very useable (we didn't need to use it), if you are staying for a few nights or weeks, it would be ideal.
