Not really a hotel - its a service apartment
Its basically a service apartment with basic kitchenette capabilities. Close to bus stop. No metro lines nearby. Have to take a bus to Arenes to get hold of metro. The restaurant inside is good with some good quality food.
No room service. If you need something (eg bottle opener in my case) the reception/room service didnt bring it in the room. I had to go to the bar to get the bottle opened up.
Overall its ok. Just have the right expectations. You will be fine here.
