Ok
Good location for us to venture into Bryce Canyon. Nice place but a bit noisy from the room next door & the Air conditioner very noisy. So not the best sleep.

A bit outdated but clean and friendly
Awful communication. Tried emailing and FB messaging this property several times before we came but received no replies. Couldn't phone as we had no reception. Got there and were given our room, which was very small with 2 double beds in it and that's all, barely enough room to swing a cat. Sheets and towels were clean. Bathroom door was falling off and had to be lifted every time we closed it. No coffee/ tea making facilities so we had to walk over to reception to get a cup of hot water every time we wanted a cuppa. Food at the Showdowns restaurant was awful, I ordered the 'grilled chicken dinner' and received a small, dry, overcooked chicken breast with boiled frozen veges, a few overcooked potatoes and a bit of what looked like packet coleslaw. Really disappointing food, and the restaurant staff were too busy to give good service. Breakfast room needs to have more tables and chairs. There would have been about 60 people having breakfast there and seats for only about 30 so the rest of us had to sit on the edge of the patio or at the bar or take the food back to our rooms.
