Fantastic
Loved Park City and loved this hotel. Great location, close to the Main Street and next to adventure park and slopes. Beautiful views and clean and spacious room. Elizabeth and Jordan were so helpful and kind at check in.

Service? No!
Our room did not have a deck but our neighbours did. They could look straight at our bed. When we asked if there was a chance to change our room we were told that the room was privately owned and run by an offsite Manager All Seasons. If we wanted to change we would have to call them. Both the Westgate and the All Seasons information booklets suggested that the room would be serviced for , at least, rubbish and linen. This did not happen and the desk said to leave it outside our door as they could not enter the room.
There was no mattress protector. Again, the desk said it was the choice of the owner to do as they please.
Heating was extremely noisy and caused the bedroom to feel as it it had a “howling gale” in it. Presumably this was caused by the intake vent. Consequently, we turned off the heating and “Dealt” with the sub zero temperatures that night.
All in all...very disappointing! Westgate and All Seasons (and owner) need to be more accountable. It is easy to say, “not my responsibility” and pass the buck back to the guest.
