Good location but parking a hassle
No parking near by, a number of the cars in the street had flat tyres and looked like they hadn’t moved in a while. No reception to check in, you need a mobile phone to call a number posted on the wall outside the entrance door. Easy walking into down town and up the hill with the Braşov sign. Bathroom layout not great- your legs hug the bin when you use the toilet, shower wasn’t cleaned properly after last guest. Otherwise well decorated, cozy, bathrobes a nice touch. Given difficulty parking I would choose somewhere else for my next visit.

Nice studio in great location.
The apartment was easy to find near the Black Church. Parking not so easy on a Saturday, but we were able to unload right outside the apt so it was an easy walk back.
The studio is fairly basic but more than adequate for a couple of nights. You are only 3 minutes walk from the main square in old town.
Communication by WhatsApp was easy and prompt.
