Le Minihic-sur-Rance apartments

This well maintained & very well-equipped apartment beside the River Rance was a handy base from which to explore Dinan Port, Dinan & villages along the river. Excellent restaurants were located nearby. Highly recommended!

This apartment has been a highlight of our trip around France. Not only was Dinan a wonderful surprise but the accommodation was superb. Beautifully decorated and presented with lots of lovely little personal touches, the whole place lacked nothing in the way of comfort. The stairs in the ancient building are a bit daunting but Jean Francois and his son Hugo were on hand to take our rather heavy cases up with good humour. Communication with Katell was instant and helpful. Both she and Hugo speak good English and we believe Hugo also speaks a couple of other languages. As so often when renting accommodation online, it is the owners who can really make or break the experience and the Kermarrecs were absolutely first class . Thankyou. A welcome bonus when we arrived at the station was the host picked us up and drove to the accommodation. Very clean & private in a good location. Close to shops and not far from old town. Host was very helpful providing local guidance. On booking, host sends direct email (which we missed) outlining special conditions including required deposit on arrival. We enjoyed our stay & recommend the place.

We had a wonderful time in Dinan made all the better by our wonderful hosts
