sublime service and picturesque
Staff mathieu and alice were absolutely fantastic and were excellent support and advocates. it's a stroll to the village; plenty space parking. great wifi and the rooms just right size with great doonas/quilts. and hikes and walks within walking distance

Fantastic stay
Hotel staff were helpful, spoke good English. Rooms were clean. Location was ideal. Walking distance to most attractions of Lourdes, particularly the grotto of Virgin Mary.

A trip to Cauterets.
The location of the hotel was fantastic- right in the middle of everything. Unfortunately we arrived during a heat wave and they had no airconditioning so we were most uncomfortable. The pool allowed great relief from the sweltering heat! The rooms were very dated but all and all the bed were comfortable and the towels were fluffy!

excellent stay
The hotel is not very far from the holy church. The staff ,specially reception and the breakfast lady were very helpful.
The breakfast was also of good value. The bus to the railway station is right in front of the hotel which was very convenient.
Will definitely stay here again.
Thanks to everyone for a very lovely stay.
