Santo Stefano di Magra apartments

The apartment was excellent - super clean, easy location, very comfortable and the host has thought of everything to accommodate guests. Modern, clean and comfy.

This was a fantastic stop along a beautiful part of the Italian Coast. The house was amazing along with the views but be prepared for narrow stairs.

The apartment is new, spacious, well thought out in design. All modern appliances, bedding is fantastic, bathroom facilities are excellent. Kitchen is well appointed and stocked with staple pantry requirements. Location is great, you are in the heart of town with many eateries and shopping near by Hosts are excellent, prompt communicative and informative. If you're coming by car there is a car park nearby with 2 hour paid parking, after you dump luggage you can park about a 1km walk away for free. Unlike me remember to bring documents on arrival for local police requirements as the hosts have to submit this as well as some cash for a local travel tax. Travelling to Cinque Terra is best by ferry 42 euros for the day pass - earliest ferry is 9am and you will be able to visit three of the five towns which leaves you enough time to have lunch a swim and walk about, also you will need to buy the walking pass which is 17.50 euros to walk the new sea ledge trail from the three southern towns - it's an expensive day out but worth it

Whether it’s daytime or night this property is a gem. Perfectly located so that you can enjoy the seafront activity during the day and evening. Then sleep hearing the sea lapping against the rocks and enjoy the sea breezes. Agostini & Davide could not be easier to deal with. Very highly recommended.

The apartment was exactly like the photos on the website, if not better. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. Chiara and Manuel were wonderful hosts. Thank you for the wonderful stay.
