Poor Service
On arrival, unfriendly reception staff greeted and registered the booking.
Maintenance issues were terrible
Day 1, half a day was wasted, with no hot water for a shower and electrical points not working, unable to make a cup of coffee
Day 3, the hot water went again and another half day wasted waiting around for showers

Very beautiful resort, the room is nice and spacious also has a very beautiful view and beautiful decoration. Food is also nice and reasonable price. We really enjoyed our stay at The Aksari resort. Thank you.
