Awesome place, we did enjoyed our stay. I will surely recommend to all my friends and family. I have few people already asking about the place.

We had a very pleasant experience at the property. When we arrived, the property was ready for us and it was clean and tidy. With the property being situated within a secure compound and security lighting and cameras present, we never felt unsafe at the property and we also felt comfortable in leaving our car at the property. Being a English speaker only, I would like to have seen a cable TV system with foreign channels, but I understand the costs involved in this and it may be asking a bit much given the very good and cheap rental rates we paid for the property. Unfortunately we did not get to meet Percy, but Gloria the property manager was charming and was available to attend to us if and as required. If you are a westerner considering staying at this property, do not expect western standards, but given it is in the Philippines, it is more that adequate and you will not feel uneasy in the property. I definitely recommend this property to others and will stay here again next time we visit Baguio. Richard and Joan.

Bathroom is awful No partition between toilet and shower, the water spills everywhere I asked for toilet paper and the woman assisting us said that what was in the room was their only supply ,for 3 people in the room the supply was just a few folds of paper for one person so I had to get our toilet paper at the shop. Towel was so thin that does not even absorb water.
