Comfortable hotel
The staff were great,including in the restaurant. Room was god size and had everything we needed. Like majority of French hotels, no english tv channels and unable to cast or screen mirror even though it was a smart tv. 15 minute wal, to tram although bus runs in front of hotel.

Quiet and comfortable
Location is good, about a 10 minute walk to the old city and close to supermarkets. Our room was quiet and comfortable and had a kitchenette, coffee machine, small fridge with freezer and a balcony.

Great location and comfort
We loved Strasbourg and extended our stay an extra two nights. Location of hotel was fantastic. Not right in the touristy area but close to everything. Restaurants , and great ones too at our doorstep and shops around the corner to easily drop the shopping back at hotel. Great bed ! The only downside was that the toilet could have been cleaner. A bit smelly ! Would definitely stay in Strasbourg again and would stay in this hotel. Recommend tapas bar El pimiento and Brasserie WOW for meals. Both in the street.
