1. On check-in told we were to clean the kitchen, strip the beds and bring any rubbish and dirtly linen down to the ground floor.
2. Entered the room and discovered that we were also expected to make up the beds. None had been made.
3. Bunk bed was too short for an adult to sleep on. Room was booked for 3 adults.
4. Sofa bed was bent badly meaning it was incredibly uncomfortable.
5. No soap or shampoo provided.
6. Two day stay for a family, only single toilet role provided. Ambitious.
Most surprising was the girl was surprised when I said I hadnt enjoyed my stay.
