Fantastic place to stay, clean, tidy, great communication and very handy location.

We stayed at this gorgeous studio for only a night and it was perfect! The owners are absolutely lovely, leave little treats for you and provide pretty much the service of a hotel! Would definitely recommended staying here for a cozy night in !

Very tidy apartment, and impeccably furnished. About a 10-15 minute walk to main shopping strip, and 10 minutes to the beach. We had lovely stay for 5 nights and enjoyed it very much

Excellent accommodation for a family of 6 with a really roomy living/dining space plus a large balcony overlooking the beach. Plenty of cafes on the ground floor of the building plus more restaurants just a stroll away. The hot pools are just across the road. Will definitely be back again when visiting my NZ family.

From the moment we enquired to booking, staying and departing, our stay was great. Everything we needed and very cosy. Our flight was delayed so our arrival was early hours of the morning and when we arrived the heating was in with lights and very cosy. Would stay again definitely and recommend a stay. On the outskirts of town but still handy to most things including Mt Maunganui.

Everything was just as in the online posting. Our apartment was clean, well equipped and very convenient. Anna and Alec are perfect hosts.

Tidy and comfortable unit on an orchard situated on a tidal estuary. It is beautiful to watch life on the estuary go by from the garden setting behind the unit. Access to the waters edge is down a steep bank which might be difficult for some. Basic cooking facilities with a frypan and microwave. Owners very friendly and helpful. Thank you.
