Two of us based our LA holiday out of Long Beach. Unit was very clean and fitted out with every conceivable appliance and items that we could want. We picked oranges for juicing every morning. Off street parking was a real plus for LA. Internet TV provided hundreds of channels. Met the four dogs and this was a pleasant experience. Played tennis with the host, who is pretty good, and had free run of the unit. Privacy was well respected.
