Comfortable stay
Very nice quiet and safe neighbourhood to stay in.This place sits above the garage of the property and gets quite hot by the end of the day but the air conditioning was lovely. There was no sea view as indicated in the photo as all the trees have matured up. You definately need a car if you stay as there is nothing within walking distance if you need supplies. The place is very well equipped and we had no problem cooking there. Very luxury to have a washer and dryer to use as well. If you are a sensitive sleeper definately have a eye mask as there is no form of blackout in the bedroom. The outdoor area is at the bottom of the stairwell and is comfortable.

What a fantastic place to stay - in a great location , easy access to everything in Leucadia/ Encinitas.
Debbie has thought of everything from snacks and water , toiletries , to plenty of charging options , and her place is so welcoming and comfortable to stay in. It’s really spacious , the kitchen is great , I loved the rocking chair the bed is super comfortable ! Having a easer & dryer was so convenient for us as well . We would 100% recommend Debbie’s place to anyone travelling here and we are hoping to come back again some time , we just loved it !

A great place to stay with a friendly host who likes to make your stay a pleasant experience.
Adam has thought of everything to make this a great place to stay. The apartment is well presented and maintained with an appealing decor and well equipped kitchen.There are extra bathroom supplies in cupboards in case you run out and the washing machine and dryer are large and readily available. A car is a distinct advantage to fully utilise the location however you can walk to the beach, some restaurants and other area of interest.
We loved the relaxing outdoor area attached to this apartment. It is a well designed haven to suit whatever you want- shade or sun and has been furnished well with comfortable seating and lounges, coffee tables and umbrella. Adam has further added to options by providing night time lighting and a small gas fire pit so it is pleasant to sit out at night also.
We thoroughly enjoyed this great place.
