If you need to stop the world and reassess...this is the place for you. The sunny afternoon wandering down to the river and just taking the time to breathe. We packed a delightful little grazing platter for our meal and a bottle of wine, watched the sunset and the stars shimmer. Peaceful recharging of the batteries. Everything you could want is in Ramblers cottage. A bountiful breakfast spread , a soaking tub, cosy comfortable bed, a fire outside set ready to toast some yummy marshmallows thoughtfully provided. And some home baked ANZAC bikkies to have with a cuppa. We will be back. Only 90 minutes from home in Redland Bay but seems an entire world and era removed from the weekly hustle and bustle.
