La Ciotat chalet rentals

We would like to know why there has been a claim for damages ‘. In our opinion we left the unit very clean & no damage. Disappointed that thee was no wifi, had to pay for sheets, had to ask for dishwashing liquid, ran out of toilet paper, cat piss smell near garbage bin, dirty saucepan scourer. This unit was not really up to standard in cleanliness & facilities for price paid.
