Jehonville cottage rentals

We are particular about the accommodation we choose. We have two young children so any property needs to be robust, safe, have good facilities (a working kitchen, bathrooms, tv and free wifi) and have space for them to play (if they can't tip out a bag of Duplo on the floor and start building, its no good) For our comfort and enjoyment we need parking, comfortable beds, easy access to sights and restaurants, and an atmosphere that reflects the location. Edith has designed a perfect space that meets all these needs! And she is warmly hospitable to boot! (Ask her about the local sights and restaurants.) The cottage is three levels: kitchen and dining on the ground floor; a double bedroom with bathroom, toilet, tv and wardrobes on both levels 1 and 2. The staircase is typically Belgian (steep!) which was fine for our 6 year old, and our toddler was thankfully smart enough to decend backwards or on their bottom. The cottage is perfectly located in a quiet car free cul-de-sac (free parking is roadside) at the bottom of the hill below Bouillon Castle (5 mins walk) and 2 mins walk from the river where there are plenty of cafes, boulangeries and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will recommend La Légende to anyone thinking of staying in the Belgian Ardennes! And we are keeping a keen eye out for Edith's second property under development that will be even more family friendly. We can't wait!
