"The place was perfect for our family of four. Nice and tidy, very comfortable. The location was great for walking into the hear of Shinjuku or exploring the alleyways, transport options very close (an easy walk even for our 5yo). The kitchen was well equipped for our needs and great comfy beds.The laneway could get a bit noisy at night with people talking, but nothing that really disrupted."

"This was our first accommodation in Japan, and was a great start to our trip. The owners are lovely with very regular and excellent communication and the hotel itself is spotless with everything you could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable with lots of space for storage and the facilities and equipment was basically all brand new and a pleasure to use. The only possible downside is more to do with the location than the property with a pretty major highway / railway line nearby that...
