Just an hour drive from Porto you can discover an awesome place called the Alvão Nature Park. Within this park there is a waterfall called Fisgas do Ermelo.

I took this picture while we were hiking in there a month ago, this is the first part of the waterfall. Also here you can take a dip in the natural ponds called Piocas de Cima.

Great location and accommodation however need more drawers and cupboards for clothes in main house - we had to live out of suitcases. Beds very comfortable but not enough easy chairs in main room.
