Perfect Autumn retreat!

Elizabeth thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast goodies including freshly laid eggs were a real treat and we loved sitting in the early morning sun as it streamed through the north facing windows. The property itself is so peaceful and quiet with a beautiful outlook.

Great experience

Very clean and well appointed. Lots of nice touches like flowers and shampoo and conditioner. Milk in fridge on arrival. Nice quiet location and not far to the local pub that served good food at great value. Overall a very pleasant experience

Lovely cottage

We had a lovely stay in the cottage. Plenty of bedrooms with comfortable beds. The single beds were a little short for 6ft tall adults, but would be fine for children and shorter adults. The garden was pretty and well maintained. The owners were quite accommodating with changes, and quick to respond to communication. Overall quite happy with our visit.

Great little apartment

It was a great apartment, within the heart of the town. Everything was walking distance. We booked last minute and the host was very accommodating. We brought our whippet as well. She even sent us some recommendations for where to book in and eat. We loved our weekend there and will definitely book here again.

Gorgeous property

We had a fantastic 3 days at this beautiful, historic and quaint little cottage. The location is stunning, the house is very comfortable and Kayley couldn't have bern more helpful and accommodating. A great little find to which we look forward to returning. PS - to the owners: PLEASE don't renovate this place! As an interior designer, I can honestly say that it would break my heart to see a modern kitchen put in and all the little quirks in the house ironed out - it's the not 'perfect' details that make it so characterful and wonderful.
