Lyn and Julian's lovely cottage has got all the attention to the details you'd wish for. It's got all the amenities one might need and most importantly stunning views of the sunrise early in the morning. We'd be back again!

Our Stay
Loved the property even though it looked very different to the original pictures look quite different to the ones shown when we booked the trip.
Loved the SPA and the property was very clean and tidy and the main bed was great.
Only negative was that we are used to cooking with Gas so the slowness of the electric oven and cook top was a little frustrating at first.

Beautiful New Zealand bach right by the lake
Lots of space, comfortable, quiet and great outlook across the lake. Away from the sulfur smell of Rotorua.
BYO toiletries but kitchen is well stocked with tea, coffee, sugar, dishwashing liquid and tablets for dishwasher.
Don’t let the poorly formatted slightly aggressive emails from the property manager detailing all the rules put you off. The housekeeper is very friendly and helpful.
