The view was stunning, the house was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need was there. A very enjoyable place to stay.

We had a 4 nights stay in this lovely beach house with our dog . Quiet and beautiful location . Local sandy beach just around the corner. We just enjoyed the lovely sea view and sunset there everyday and did not want to go anywhere else . Perfect for a quiet escape away from everything .

Stayed at Mimis house in Primrose Sands. Stunning property with great water access. Views are amazing and the house is exceptionally well equipped. Would stay again!

The property was just stunning in every respect. We were halfway through a 10 day trip with a young family, and we found our stay at Rochford revitalizing. A convenenient distance from Port Arthur, it was a great place to explore from. The house itself was just stunning- thoughtful design, highlighting the natural beauty around, with call and earthy interiors. We were warm and comfy, in a practical yet luxe space. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Basic house, but clean and convenient to the beach. Breathtaking views. Lots of games and activities, such as darts and pool table. Promise sands is a wonderful swimming beach
