Hamburg is a great place and Eric Vokkel apartments were superb. There is everything you need to be independent and still have service. The staff were all wonderful and friendly. We arrived on the day after it opened for the first time and all of the staff were paying particular attention to the smallest details to make sure that everything was fully functional - which it was. We stayed with Eric in Amsterdam and were so impressed that we looked for their apartment when we travelled again. Hopefully there will be more in other cities soon. VERY easy walk from the station

We were very impressed with this Hotel. It had everything going for it. Great location, wonderful staff, fully functional room, including washing machine, ironing board etc. we loved it and could not fault. Breakfast was excellent. Would strongly recommend. Thanks Adina.

This was a lovely one night stop near the Portuguese area of Hamburg. Easy to walk around and also easy to get lost. Room was lovely and spacious. Very clean. Staff friendly only issue was the language barrier. But you can work through that.

What a great town this was to stay in. Sorry we weren’t there longer. The accomodation was comfortable it was a pity that the dishwasher still had all the dirty dishes in it from previous booking. Meant we had to wash all the dishes before we could make dinner. We could not find a bin outside for rubbish and recycles. Wifi excellent. We enjoyed our stay and were somewhat disappointed that when we were loading up our car and we were 10minutes after checkout that the person who came to service the accomodation made it very clear that she was unhappy with us still there.
