Fabulous apartment - spacious, lovely decor, coffee machine, super clean, close to restaurants, the river & historic centre. Could not have wanted for anything more! The host, Veronica was very welcoming, readily available & responsive to any queries. She was more than happy for us to leave our luggage after checkout so very accommodating as well. Thank you Veronica, we loved our stay at Virtudes City Lofts!

Pros: This hotel is quite new so everything is clean and fresh which was wonderful. I loved the location, it is very close to everything and great little restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff were really friendly and helpful Cons: The bed was too hard for me, but I slept on the duvet as there was a spare to keep me warm. That helped. There is a bit of outside noise, from the nearby nightclubs. So earplugs were a must as I'm a light sleeper.

Thanks Joana for an amazing stay. Comfortable room very spacious, comfortable bed We didn’t use the kitchen facilities. The apartment has a phone for use while you’re there with 30 mins of international calls per day, while we didn’t think we’d use that we called our elderly fathers who don’t have smart phones. The phone also has personalised apps with restaurant recommendations giving phone numbers for reservations as well as map directions- it nearly went flat after a day out and about. Joana was so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you- she even wanted to escort me to the local post office for stamps just so I found it. She directed us to the BEST Portuguese tarts that were close by and they were amazing. Parking is close by and there are a few options. The market over the road is being renovated but only during day hrs and didn’t impact our stay at all. Would definitely stay again.
