Fabulous hotel in Playa del Carmen, at the top of 11th ave, short walk to all the restaurants, pubs and shopping but perfect location to be quiet for relaxing also. The roof top pool is amazing and the staff genuinely care about your comfort and experience which sets this hotel apart. Carlos at front desk is an absolute asset. The only slight downfall was the breakfast which needs some work but as this is a new hotel I’m sure it will improve.

Exactly as described, perfect location, safe area at night and the staff were helpful and had great recommendations. Will stay here again
