Lovely accommodation. Management arranged a parking spot for my husband. Room was great. A little out of Queenstown so nice and quiet. Very friendly and welcoming. Thank you to mark the manager and his staff. Self contained to cook breakfast and nice coffee machine. Only one glitch. The hot water spiked to scalding and then cold. Hopefully once that is sorted it will be perfect. Great view of the mountains

We stayed for 5 nights in a 1 bedroom apartment. I cannot recommend these apartments highly enough. The room was amazing. It was so clean, comfortable and well equipped. Furthermore, the view was out of this world. Every time we had contact with the staff, they were so pleasant. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The room was clean and tidy, which I appreciated. However, parking was quite difficult as it was hard to find a spot nearby. They suggest to park at public parking which costs $10 per day. There were plenty of shops and restaurants in the area, offering lots of dining options. One downside was the poor soundproofing - i could hear loud laughter from the neighboring room at midnight, which made us hard to rest. One thoughtful touch was that the hotel provided a brownies or cookies with drink as a simple breakfast - actually quite deicilous and felt welcoming.

Truly the best location in Queenstown. Set in a direct line of view of the gondola, this apartment is perfect. We wanted a place that had easy walking to the lake, to the shops and restaurants in town and we wanted to be able to walk to the gondola where you can experience some amazing things to do. We also wanted somewhere quiet. The apartment itself is spacious and has a large bed and single bed. There is a kitchen that has an oven and enough utensils to cook if you choose not to eat at the many cafes etc. There are two supermarkets right nearby so it is perfect for cooking or grabbing some snacks. The bathroom is amazing. The shower is the best shower I have had in our three weeks in NZ as it is large and the hot water is plentiful. There is a comfy sofa and dining table and we found the place warm and cosy on the cold days we were there. The beds were super comfy as well. Our car was parked outside of our apartment making it easy to transfer things to it. We actually hardly used the car at all except for one day trip out of Queenstown. We walked everywhere. The place was sparkling clean when we arrived: I am very fussy about cleanliness as I run a B and B and so often I arrive at places and see spots that are dirty. Could not fault this place at all. Easy checkin and when we did meet the owner and his dog, he was very welcoming and friendly. If we are in Queenstown again we definitely will stay here again

amazing stay , situated close to the airport - 3 minutes by car and 10-15 minutes by walking . It is just behind the airport We were given a corner room with 2 floor to ceiling windows . Nice view of the remarkables on one side . It was an amazing experience to wake up to remarkables view The hotel has a free secured parking which could be assessed by your room key and has an elevator going down to the basement . The reception staff were very nice and quick . A credit card is required for any accidentals . The room is medium with all facilities including kitchenette with dish washer and a mini fridge with milk . Complimentary tea facility is provided . Nice king size comfortable bed with plenty of pillows . A sofa on one side and a small dining table on the other . The curtain can make the room dark for a late sleep in . Plugs are provided for easy phone charging . Toilet is clean with a shower cubicle . Hot/cold water with good flow . There is a washing machine for clothes and a dryer attached to the wall . Plenty of towels and a nice spa like liquid soap which can be used as a shampoo There is a super market near by (New world) where you can buy all basic amenities including roast chicken and drinks . There is a market area near as well. In all an amazing place and an excellent hotel for the price you pay The air conditioner was used as a heater as it was rainy and cold outside . Could not find any faults . Would love to stay again
