Excellent location and residence

A group of 7 friends stayed and we loved El Gaucho! Perfect location for restaurants, the beach, massages and shopping - Revolver being 1 minute away was ideal for morning coffee. The housekeeping staff were great too and the rooms generous, with beautiful artwork and more. Loved the sunken lounge and pool, with the rooms opening into the pool keeping us really connected to one another which was the best part. We are so glad we chose a villa over The Legian or one of the hotel resorts because of this connectedness - that’s exactly why we came to Bali!

Fantastic villa close to everything in Seminyak. The staff are incredible! Very clean and spacious for larger groups. We had 13 adults and it was a bit of a stretch for available bedding but it would comfortably accommodate 10 to 11. Absolutely LOVED our stay. Highly recommend Villa Annecy.

The property suited us as a family of 4. Two bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs all with bathrooms. The proximity to the main strip of Seminyak is great and basil kitchen is great for value and quality meals - order via WhatsApp and pickup/deliver. Close to great places like coffee cartel and sisterfields. The spa tisya spa across the road is great as well and there are two mini Marts right out the front for all your necessities. Annie who looks after the house is AMAZING and helped us with all of our needs. She will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much. Villa is as it looks in the pictures it’s a great space for a family. The bedrooms are all excellent sizes with nice bathrooms. Lots of nearby restaurants, coffee spots and spas to choose from.We were there in rainy season which did make the open living space very hot and humid. This area would benefit greatly from a couple of ceiling fans. There are two pedestal fans but they make little impact in such a big area.

This is a super cute villa that exceeds expectations.It’s nice and private (door bell is excellent), has a full kitchen (grab salt & pepper & oil on your trip to the supermarket), the pool is longer than the standard private pool, great amenities (fresh water supplied, speaker, tv in living area). Like most reviews the noise does need mentioning, particularly noisy on a Friday / Saturday night with people celebrating on their way home - it’s on a busy corner but besides the two nights it was easy to ignore. The property is maintained well and house keeping and bartender team were all super lovely..We will definitely be returning in the future :)
