Ho Chi Minh City guest houses

The most well appointed room I have ever booked for such a modest price. Universal power outlets so you dont' need an adapter. Twin handbasins, shower, bath and laundry in room. Excellent pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna downstairs. Pool and waiting staff were very courteous and spoke English well. Food and beverage was excellent. Hotel is a 10 minute walk from Independence Palace and plenty of restaurants nearby. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Saigon.

The apartment itself was good, however the communication is beyond terrible. There is no reception/hotel staff, everything is communicated via WhatsApp. We had a flight landing later at night and ensuring we had access to our accommodation was very stressful with a toddler. If you arrive in Vietnam without internet, getting access could be a major problem. Once finally there with access, if you have any questions about your stay there is no one to talk to except through WhatsApp. Overall, I would pick somewhere else next time with better communication and staff on site.

The experience was great, the hotel provided excellent service and it was in a great location. The rooms were great and the staff were extremely friendly and trained.
